INTRODUCING UPBEAT! Downtown

UPBEAT! Downtown (UPBEAT) is an after school music program for children ages of 6 and up who live in Peterborough. The program is specifically for children who have an interest in music but do not have the means to access music education. UPBEAT! is fully subsidized for all participants.
