UPBEAT! Downtown operates as a program of Kawartha Youth Orchestra (KYO), a nonprofit, charitable organization which has been providing outstanding musical experiences for local children and youth since 2002.
UPBEAT! Downtown offers universal access to transformative music learning for all interested local children ages 6-18 years whose socio-economic circumstances would otherwise limit involvement opportunity.
